I always protect my lenses with a filter and the Pure Harmonie is the thinnest available. A bit pricy, but worth it.

I would consider the purchase of no other brand than Cokin. Service was excellent by Adorama

I know, I know, some don't use filters but I like to use them on my lens -- this one is for a wide angle so I went thin -- seems to be well made. Lens cap grabs this thin filter even though you wouldn't think there would be much to grab on to. Good stuff -- would buy another . . .

I've wasted money on cheap UV filters in the past but never again.

I did a lot of research on this before purchasing. Had only good reviews. is more expensive than others. But you can't even tell it's on the camera lens. I like that...
