Norma Z  Can this be mounted on a tripod? If yes, would any tripod work?
RICHARD M  they are heavy and very small movement shakes the image. You need a solid tripod. I think the attachment parts on them are standard.
Shopper  How well did it work? Were you happy with it?
RICHARD M  It's hit and miss with these binoculars. The set from Adorama I bought for my Mom was "just OK". I later bought one for me from another vendor, which was crap. Adorama will at least give you better support than to send them back prepaid with $ for the Celestron "no questions" warranty. Honestly ... there are probably better binoculars for not a lot more money. Next time I will shop the premium camera optics brands.
