Questions & Answers

Shopper : Would it work on a car's headrest?CHARLES W : yes it will work on a headrest,, but only on a Standard model vehicle with a smaller diameter headrest..F. G. K : In my opinion, yes it should, but I wouldn't use it while the car is moving due to the softness of the seat that the braces sit against. Good idea, that never occurred to me. I use it on the collapsible handle of a fold-up rolling milk carton.RADU C : Excellent idea! You probably need some mods, as you will not be able to use the hooks that go on the handlebar. I don't have access to my travel table to try it directly but I think that, as long as the distance between the luggage bars is similar to the distance between the bars holding the headrest (which is a test that you could do before buying the table), you could fit it on the headrest.CARYN S : No...it hooks over the bar on the handle of luggage with wheels. The hooks are too curved to go over a headrest and stay there.MARCO R : No will not work with a car's headrest.
Shopper : Seems like this thing would tip over a lot and your laptop would go flying?? Those rolling suit cases are not the most stable and tip over all the time.CAROL K : I have not used the travel table for a laptop just and iPad. Also, I've used it as an extra night table at hotel room to hold the TV remote as well as my iPad and phone while they charged overnight. I haven't had any issues with it tipping over. The biggest issue I've had is with the table is it's height due to my suitcase handle only locking at full extension.DEE S : Rolling cases usually fall over on the side of the pull-out handle. This table is monted on the other side so the weight of the case acts as a count-balance. Of course, you should never leave your case and computer unattended. Nor should you put a lot of wight on the table.RAUL E : I have the folding table for laptops but have never used it to hold a computer. I did try to mount it on my bag and seemed to be pretty stable. Not having place a laptop on it I can not answer your question satisfactorily. Sorry.BRUCE I : Although I haven't actually tried it, I saw it the same way you did. I wouldn't put my Mac Book on it. However, the rolling case for camera gear is great! I would fully recommend that! BruceKEN W : Unfortunately, I have it but have not used it yet. Sorry I cant give any real info.DOUGLAS G : I personally have not any with tipping. I do however use it with a Tenba Rolling Camera case. This case is quite sturdy and takes alot to tip on it's own. Otherwise I just love this thing. Very helpful for me. Hopes this helps some, DougRALEIGH A : If there is enough equipment in the case, it will stabilize the table. Have had no problem with it myself. It WORKS!JAY K : My concerns are as yours. In fairness, we haven't used ours. I would be very careful and am not sure that using you own lap is not a lighter and better solution
Shopper : Can this be used for an iPad on a tripod somehow? Long shot know, but thought I'd ask - thanks.STEPHEN P : It could be used for an IPad, but not really as a tripod unless you want to shoot photos at knee level.KARIN L : I haven't actually used the table yet, but I don't think it would work on a tripod.RADU C : No, it cannot (that is the first thing I tried). For that I had to buy another gizmo, called, I believe, a tripad.ROD G : I had not thought of this until you asked the question, but It seemed like a good idea so I gave it a try. Unfortunately there isn't a way to attach the table to a tripod because the legs of the tripod are at an angle from each other and not parallel like the handle of a roller bag.JORGE P : Hi as you see by the picture, its made to be use with a double handler on a brifcase so once its in place you can use use to hold anything, ipad, lap, tablet or even a book. Hope helps, the price is wright for sureSCOTT L : It really needs the handle of a suitcase to hook onto for it to work. Additionally, it needs the support of something underneath it as well. And be totally honest it's not the most stable thing in the world. However, I've used it with my iPad, and it seems to be stable enough for that. Hope this helps!

Very impressed and pleased with this product.

Love the product. Very easy and simple to use and is very stable once it is secured in place. The material it is made of is metal and ensures that it is going to last for a loooooong time. It's slim design makes it easy to store inside the bag as well. The only issue I had was that I did not hear from your company for a while after I purchased it online, there was no email confirmation about the purchase when your website said that it would send one. I was about to cancel the transaction from my credit card company. Glad I did not because this was exactly what I was looking for.

What a great invention!

It took a moment to realize how the hooks fit on, but it's worked wonderfully. Convenient, compact, and very useful.

Didn't work for me'

I tried multiple times to get this to work but the weight of my computer caused it to fall. I don't think the back legs are sturdy enough. I am going to be curious to see if anyone else was successful because it is a really good idea.

Table Works For Somebody 6' Or Taller

For somebody who is 5'7", the Travel Table height is high for using a laptop and cannot be adjusted.

Great idea, so-so implementation

Nice idea, but the design is a bit unstable. The table is also a bit big and heavy. The hooks tend to slip. The design should have included a way to secure the hooks. Also, the flip up brackets don't stay in place. They should also secure/lock in. If these to areas were addressed I believe the stability would be a non-issue.

Easy & Functional...

The Travel Table was designed with the business traveler in mind, whether a frequent flier in the 100,000 mile club or the once-a-month traveler who takes quick shuttles between two near-by cities. The time in the terminal waiting for a flight, especially if there is a delay, can be frustrating and stressful.

Devo's easy-to use, light-weight folding table helps make the terminal wait a positive and productive experience. Placing your laptop securely and comfortably on The Travel Table (whether you are sitting or standing), creates an environment conducive to accomplishing work away from the office. The simplicity of the functionality is the beauty of this table.

Removing the table from your briefcase and attaching it to your luggage handle takes just a few seconds. Additionally, the table is adjustable according to the angle of your handle.

Non-business travelers will also discover many, many uses for this folding Travel Table. Have you ever grabbed a quick bite to eat at the airport and taken it back to your chair and attempted to balance the soft drink and food on your lap or on the floor?

The Travel Table provides the ease and convenience of eating your meal on a secure tray--attached firmly to your carry-on handle. Also, parents traveling with toddlers and young children will welcome this "helper".
