This is the first time I am cleaning my sensor so I was somewhat apprehensive about the task. As it turns out, I shouldn't have been as it was very easy and I had success with my first try using these swabs. I highly recommend them.

Removed a couple of stubborn smudges on my sensor in just two passes. The arctic butterfly removed most of the dust but left the smudges. These swabs removed those smudges with no problems

Visible Dust Green Swabs are easy to use, and the best thing I like about them is no residual traces of lint.

First time I used this I saw a marked improvement in the cleanliness of my sensor. I've used other products, and my sensor is usually fairly clean, but with this it is now completely clean.

After I learned the tricks the sensor got perfectly clean. A piece of advice: do not reuse a swab. I tried (cheap!) and it left a smear :-) Once I used a brand new one, the smear was gone.

If you haven't cleaned your sensor in months (or years) this is what you really need. This used with the cleaning fluid will remove the stubborn spots that a brush might not be able to dislodge.

I recommend this method for sensor cleaning. It beats using a hurricane blower of the artic butterfly. The downsides are these: you need to be extremely careful when using, and the swabs can only be used for 2 passes (1 pass a side). But you've paid a lot for your digital camera so it's worth the investment.

Need delicate hands to use this product. Especially if you are touching the camera sensor with the dust swab. The dust comes back quickly. Invest in a good bulb blower, it works just as well, unless your sensor is really dirty, like you just photographed a construction site. Otherwise a [...] bulb blower will work wonders.

i use the swabs with smear away and vdust sensor liquid . The products work well.
