great trimmer
It's not a Rotatrim, but I love this trimmer. It's worth the extra dollars, and some people complain about the extra step to "lock" the cutter, but I appreciate that feature because it ensures my photographs or paper don't move. The only minor issue I have with this is that the magnetic bar that is used to keep things straight moves a little bit, just a slight jiggle, but this can cause your print to be off. For this reason, I prefer to use the ruler lines on the board to keep things square, versus using the magnetic bar to do so.

Great Cutter. Great price.
I create small chapbooks via desktop publishing -- writing, designing & printing off an inkjet. Until this cutter I've had to take my books to a printer to have them trimmed on an industrial-grade cutter. This cutter gives me the ability to trim books at around 20 pages individually, which adds flexibility to what I do. It's a solid cutter, perfect for small production jobs. It's great for photo trimming as well, but capacity/page cut count is the real strength here.

Great product
Using the paper cutter as part of the process to digitize my office. I have disposed of over 50 boxes of paper thus far. This paper cutter is used to provide clean edges for scanning. I purchased it for cutting large qtys of paper at once. It works great and I generally cut more that 30 pages at once. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to perform volume cutting by hand.
