Had it for a few years. When to switch the battery and the middle rubber grip fell apart. Crimson claimed the is no fix?!?! Was offered a one time half off coupon. Way I seenit it’s a manufacture defect. A $400+ laser should last a lifetime! I’d stay away from this one.

The rubber portion of the grip covering the laser activation button wore out and came off , exposing the button. I no longer use it.

This is what around 12% have been praying and waiting for. My 1911 is my own build with all premium components , and I own the necessary custom gunsmithing tools to build them right. I quit when ATF clamped down on even the "occasional" custom gunsmith. As a lefty, I had learned to adapt but it was a joy to build my ambi 1911. I have CT lasers on all of my defense handguns but on my 1911, I believed the full size of the lefty safety was too important. Therefore, I continued the "thumb-over" approach. This series solved the problem and looks good too. Vey highly recommended.

These came on my Kimber 1911 full size. They are great looking, and the firearm is easy to handle with a good grip. They are extremely accurate- I have placed 7 clips in the size of a tennis ball at 30 feet. The triggering mechanism is a little stiff for my taste - requiring a little more pressure than I would like, but once you get used to it it's not a real problem I have similar grips on a Ruger P89. The placement and the pressure required on that set make them a little easier to use. I have Crimson Trace rail mount on two other pistols. Like all of them. Had another brand on one, and have come back to Crimson Trace.

Great looking and equally great performing grips. Adjustment was perfect right out of the box. Very expensive! This is the 5th set of Crimson Trace lasers that I have purchased, and I am very pleased with each of them.

I love the concept of these grips. And, they look great on my pistol. I have a slight problem that I will try to work through. This problem has been commented on in reviews by other owners for different guns. My finger doesn't quite line up with the activation switch. The switch falls on the bend of my finger. The switch needs to be bigger from top to bottom to accommodate different sized hands. I am practicing to adjust my grip and to hold the grip a little tighter - like squeeze it to death.

These grips not only look fantastic on my Kimber Pro Carry II but work great to help with shot placement. My only complaint would be that they can get a tad slippery being that they are smooth on the lower back half of the grip. Otherwise, they are beautiful and function flawlessly.

Not only are the great looking, but they fit my Springfield 1911 as well as the original grips. They were super easy to install, and they work great! Nothing to do but just pick up the gun with your normal grip and the laser is illuminated immediately, and on target! As a home defense gun, I think the laser in itself would probably be enough to scare most unsuspecting intruders away without having to fire the weapon. I am so impressed and so happy with these grips!

Installed a set today on my CDP Pro. Love the fact that I didn't have to bob the right safety like I would have with the LG-401. This is my fifth set of CTC I have put on my guns. Shouldn't have to say anymore.

I have these on my Kimber. They are great. Sight in was 3 shots. 2 for adjustment, 1 for confirmation of point of impact at 16 Yards. Still fit my Galco Concealed Carry holster great. Now waiting for grips for my EMP. They said there are in the works. (Rosewood) 7/24/2012

1st thing you will notice is the look these rosewood master series grips give you pistol. The grips give some thickness to your pistol over the stock grips. And the most important thing I can say is that the laser grips give you better accuracy over the iron sights all day long.

Performs better than advertised. Recoil does not effect zero. Feels good in addition to looking good. I own a total of 6 CTC lasers for all of my carry guns. That includes a Ruger LCP & LCR, and a Sig Sauer P238. The rest are Kimber pistols including the Solo Carry. I hope to somday purchase a CTC laser for my Super Carry Pro. I am very satisfied with all of the CTC laser sights that I own. I have to admit that I have tried other brand name lasers; these are taking up room in the back of my gun safe and they're for sale.
