This is very good until you want to shoot at a low angle. The front opening has a 3-4cm (1.5" or so) rim around it which makes it very difficult to get below a certain angle. The included backgrounds are quite handy however i prefer plain card. There are velcro points sewn into the tent which allow you to attach backdrops at various positions. My tent only likes to sit "horizontal", the more vertical directly i have issues with the base not touching the surface underneath. The tent distributes light very well , i use a SB-900 above and a SB-600 to one side. Great for macro photography. You can turn the tent so the opening is vertical and shoot straight down very easily.
