Love the feel of the shoulder pad distributing the weight better over my shoulder. Only wish that it was actually part of the shootsac and not something you have to buy separately.

I'd been looking for an economical tripod bag that was well constructed and durable. I was able to find one but the shoulder pad on the strap was flimsy and didn't offer much support. I ordered the Shootsac Shoulder Pad and was not disappointed in its design. It's much longer and wider than the one that came with the bag and was easy to install. It makes carrying the bag much more comfortable.

Came timely fro Adorama. The shoulder pad makes a big difference and gives the Shootsac alot more comfort.

I can't imagine using this bag without the extra padding. Worth the purchase!

it's a shoulder strap pad. it does its job. i'm not ecstatic that it doesn't just come with the shootsac by default. i think this is pretty much a necessary accessory. perhaps you could get a different shoulder strap pad for cheaper. just to make things simple, i ordered this with my shootsac purchase. it is what it is.

For the sake of helpfulness, I'm going cover 3 important sections in this review: 1) How I use it: - I use this shoulder pad on my Shootsac for added comfort on the strap. - I even bought an extra one for my camera bag, which is under a different manufacturer. 2) What's great about it: - This shoulder pad make the Shootsac ridiculously comfortable. It's like adding a pillow between the strap and your shoulder! It's super soft! - You can use this for most of other bags that include shoulder straps. Why limit it to the Shootsac? I use this with my Tamrac Velocity 9x bag and it gets rid of this complaint where the padding misses the shoulder at a certain length! 3) What's not so great about it: - The moment you're not using it. This strap makes the complete difference in comfort for the Shootsac and many other shoulder bags or slingers. Gotta get it!

I am very happy to see this product offered. I got my Shootsac during the PDN Photo Expo in NYC and after my first use I absolutely loved it. However I was thinking...it would be ideal if there was some type of shoulder pad because my arm was a little sore from a full day of wedding photography. I even began looking online for an option but never got to buy anything. Now my Shootsac is perfect and with me on every shoot.

Get this pad if you are going for the Shootsac. Makes the bag so much more comfy.

If you bought or have a shootsac bag YOU HAVE TO HAVE the shoulder pad. It's so comfortable that I don't believe how I used to go to my photo session without having one. I just bought the pad because friends of mine told me I needed to try one and also I read lots of good reviews on this item. Today I can't wear my shootsac without the padding at all. The product quality is as good as the shootsac. The money you spend on it is totally worth every penny. Buy yourself one!!![...]

Wish this were included with my Shootsac purchase for free. After using this pad, I can't imagine not having it. I consider it a necessity.

When I was reading reviews on the Shootsac I saw someone say to buy the shoulder pad also so I did. Seems like a wise decision for the price. I have worn my Shootsac on a couple of photo shoots and it is super comfortable and I love it!! And I am sure part of the comfort is because of the shoulder pad.

Use it with the Shootsac Bag and Cover and the shoulder pad makes it very light and comfortable. I used to lug around two heavy black camera bags that would slide off my shoulders. The shoulder pad stays put even when I'm shooting. I am so glad I bought it and the people at Adorama were wonderful.

I purchased this along with the Shoot-Sac, and I'm very glad I did. I provides the extra support needed. Very comfy!

All have to say about this is after a long day of shooting, this pad does not quite. I had my 70-200mm f/2.8 L, 430EX, cellphone and a bottle of water in my shootsac and barely felt the weight. A great product for all day shooters.

I bought this strap to make a two inch wide flat nylon camera bag strap more comfortable. It works to the extent that it will fit your bag strap. It has to slide onto your bag strap from one end of the bag strap. It will not fit if you can't get your bag strap off without cutting it. For the price it is worth it if it fits your strap.
