I bought this for my 10yr old son who is not so tech-savvy & he has found it very easy to use. He loves that it can take pics & video so well- no need for a camera & MP3 player too. I have been surprised by how durable it has been so far. The little case(really its a velvety bag) does a good job of keeping it from getting scratched up. Only negative - cheap headphones - but that's pretty typical w/ any electronics it seems. Only one ear works. With other headphones it has great sound quality. I'm not sure why the radio won't play through the external speaker though. Overall a pretty good product. I give it an A-.

I recently bought this mp3 player, an i thought it was going to be like a nicer mp3player. But i was wrong. It only connected to the computer a few times. An i put my music on it an it donst put the files where their spost to be. An I dint like the feel of the touch screen, at all. just realy diffuclt mp3 player, that i ever had
