I am beyond happy!
So far i am extremely pleased with this pc. Compared to my old one, it's much quieter, faster, and has a lot more room. I've seen other pcs that were twice as much as this, yet their specs were crap compared to this. So far i am very happy with this product.

Beautiful Design with some early problems
Purchased this system for my boys for gaming. Beautiful design inside and out. The cool glow of the blue and red LED is especially cool. Inside, very easy to add future components or change components. Well designed. SSD drive is great. First one I have ever seen in action and indeed it makes a big difference in speed of booting, opening programs. 2TB HDD did not show up in Explorer or Disk Management and had to call Customer Service and rep helped me: power wire was not connected, perhaps came loose in transit. Problem was fixed. But we have also had many hangs/freezes in the week we have owned it and not sure if a hardware issue or a Windows 10 issue. Customer Service rep feels it is a Windows 10 corruption and advocated resetting the computer...which if problem persists, I will do. But overall, am quite impressed with the look, solid feel, and design. A well thought out machine. P.S. Motherboard has plenty of room for expansion including two PCIe x 8 slots. No M.2 plug as far as I can tell...

Lightening Fast
I bought this computer mostly because the ARC View GIS software that I use was making my current pc infuriatingly slow. The start up time on this computer is amazingly fast--glad I went with one that had the additional SSD. I'm not much of a gamer, and really didn't care for the mouse--switched back to my old standard one.
I also found their IT support to be very helpful in assisting with a couple of questions I had regarding the set up process and installation of Windows 10. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. The computer is aesthetically nice to look at. One surprise was how big it is--plenty of room inside for expansion.

Good Shipping and Price
This computer came with really good care and was shipped with special foams to protect the wiring and products inside. I started to load the computer and it works very well and fast. It didn't come with wireless LAN so I have to buy a LAN wire and I also have to buy a Bluetooth adapter which isn't that much of a problem. Other than this disadvantage, the price of this PC was very reasonable for its parts. I would recommend this PC to anybody wanting to get a good working PC with an average budget.
