Excellent add-on lens for FX1. Using for skateboard videos and web site footage. High quality optics. The small (back) lens cover for storage is plastic and a pain to get off - the same cover for my VX2000 Century death lens is metal - don't know why they changed it. Overall, well worth the cost for outstanding footage.

With small digital cameras and the Century Fisheye, capturing extreme action shots is dramatic and practical. With its almost total depth of field and unmistakable style, this adapter is a must for action sports shooters.
Brian Smith uses the Century on his TRV-900 to capture extreme inline skating action. "With the Century Fisheye Adapter, I can get in close to the action and allow the exaggerated perspective to create the drama and excitement I need in my shots."
