About Century Optics 0.3x Fisheye Adapter Lens

Century proudly presents the totally redesigned Mark II .3X Fisheye for DV Cameras. Available in popular bayonet and screw in mounts, this high-performance optic features dramatically improved optics and a lens-saving front shade/protector assembly.

The .3X Ultra Fisheye Adapter offers an extreme fisheye effect and a high degree of barrel distortion. It exaggerates depth by pulling nearby objects closer and causing distant objects to recede into the background.

The redesigned Mark II Ultra Fisheye now has an integrated lens shade/ protector and is available in mounts for popular DV Cameras.

With small digital cameras and the Century Fisheye, capturing extreme action shots is dramatic and practical. With its almost total depth of field and unmistakable style, this adapter is a must for action sports shooters.

Brian Smith uses the Century on his TRV-900 to capture extreme inline skating action. "With the Century Fisheye Adapter, I can get in close to the action and allow the exaggerated perspective to create the drama and excitement I need in my shots."

Excellent for Skateboard Filming

By

Excellent add-on lens for FX1. Using for skateboard videos and web site footage. High quality optics. The small (back) lens cover for storage is plastic and a pain to get off - the same cover for my VX2000 Century death lens is metal - don't know why they changed it. Overall, well worth the cost for outstanding footage.
