Not designed for Canon FD
The internal plate which holds the optical element lacks the proper opening to accept the aperture levers of the FD lens. The lans can not be attached. I will use the mount after removing the internal plate (w/optics) for attaching an FD lens for macro use only.

would not lock lens in place
would mate to camera body -- would not lock on canon fd lens tried 5 different canon fd lens
