It does exactly what it says it will do.
The product description clearly states that this item will allow you to place Diana F+ lenses on your Nikon. That is what it does. I own a D5000 and the attachment and detachment of this item from the mount is incredibly easy. Getting the lomography lenses on there is a different story. However, that is to be expected from absurdly cheap plastic lenses. It is best to familiarize yourself with how the Diana lenses attach to the Diana F+ before attempting to figure out how much force is needed to properly seat them on the adapter.

It works, kinda
Mine didn't really lock in well and when I tried to focus the lens it kept falling off unless I was ever so gentle or just left it at whatever focus I was on.
But you also have to remember that these are a quick made adapter for lenses that are originally made for film cameras not digital.
I modified mine with superglue. I basically sacrificed my adapter to the photography god's and glued it to one of my diana lenses (since I don't own a diana camera). I would only do this if you don't plan on buying a diana F+ camera (I use a Holga).
But over all, it works and does the job and it's cheaper that dismantling a new Holga for it's lens sans focus ring.

Practical, snaps very well.
It's just a part of a system. If you are curious about Lomography and are planning to buy the Diana F+ lenses you are going to need this. It works very well but should be a lot cheaper, it's just plastic anyway.

Revision: It Does Lock
In my previous review, I said that it would not lock onto my Nikon. Well, the next time I tried to use the adapter, It DID lock.

It is what it is.
I purchased the product out of curiosity for use on my Nikon D80. I already had a Diana+ so could use that lens on the adapter. My only complaint with it is that the adapter will not lock on my D80. This means that when I try to turn the tight focus ring of the Diana lens, the adapter turns with it, coming loose from the camera.
Otherwise it does what it says it does which is a simple function. I don't know yet how durable it is. I think it should cost half of what it does but only you can decide if it's worth the price.
