I am changing from a heavy Digital SLR to a digital pocket camera - SONY DSC-HX50V and wanted a neck strap for it. This is great neck strap so I will always have my SONY DSC-HX50V with me ready to use. It has a plastic cover around the metal neck strap to protect your neck from getting pinched by the strap. It hangs the SONY pocket camera to just above my belt and is easy to use the camera with the strap around my neck. And it is easy enough to take the camera off your neck if you prefer.

This strap is durable, light and comfortable. The attachment loop is very thin, but densely woven so it is easy to guide through the lanyard loop on many cameras and even those cell phones with which I had problems attaching the included strap!

I have tried hundreds of lanyards over the years. I was given a Adorama Neck Strap as a lanyard by a local shop in my area after 6 years it broke.
