The flexability of this unit is to rigid. Difficult to get subject placed how you want it due to the rigid design

It holds everything I've tried at the angle I want. A little stiff but workable.

Now you can improve the composition and sharpness of your photographs with the McClamp. The McClamp will help you get a better composition with more control of your subject and will help eliminate wind effects for improved sharpness. The McClamp holds gray cards, diffusers, background fabrics, reflectors and more. The 2" main clamp (opens 1 3/8" - 2") mounts to a variety of items including table edges, tripod legs, and fences and is a popular tool for backyard, indoor or studio work.
The Micro-Clamp is used to hold objects; it features hard plastic outside jaws for holding firm subjects and soft neoprene interior jaws holding delicate subjects. 26" flexible articulated arm moves to any position and remains stiff. Soft rubber pads will not scuff or scratch carbon fiber tripods. Mount clamping jaws have adjustable spring tension from 0-50 lbs. This allows the photographer to change the tension to fit their gripping power. The McClamp works for all age groups.
