the screen is way too light, cant hardly see it, and the mouse pad doesn't work unless I hit on it hard not happy with this laptop . at all, very cheaply made. very disappointed .in this product. want to return it.bad piece of equipment

my own fault for going cheap. this machine is the slowest pc i've ever had, and i had an at&t6300 with 640kb of memory. apps take forever to load, files take forever to update and save, and freezes often. this is the first dell product i've ever been disappointed in, but my disappointment is profound. would recommend to someone i did not like.

Even typing just typing this in is an exercise in patience. Typing into anything (word processing, web pages, etc. there is a noticeable delay between each letter, which in itself is very frustrating. Even performing a self system check took hours because the CPU was at 100% the entire time. I have removed the terrible virus scanning software that came with the computer and made it completely unusable, but it only helped marginally. It used to be that if you wouldn't use something yourself, you didn't make it. I would like to see all Dell employees have to use this computer for a week to see how company productivity resulted. My 9 year old daughter can't even do the school research she is supposed to on it. Worthless waste of money.

I pluged a hdmi cable in my computer so my screen would be on the tv. it worked but did not fill up my whole tv screen. Where do I change it so it is full screen?

I got this computer 2 years ago and the battery stopped charging in the first five minutes I had it, the computer won’t turn on and has always been an incredibly slow and laggy computer. Don’t buy, complete waste of money.

Never buy this product because it is cheap..I bought this last year Thanksgiving for my son's school use and was working fine just for 6 months. After that it never boot in..had a Dell service person fixed the issue but after a day of the fix it started again to malfunction.I reinstalled OS so many times..it starts just fine one time, and when we restart the laptop, it never starts. Instead of wasting money on this cr*p better put some additional money and buy a better product.

I am so unhappy with this computer - would love to trade in for something better. While reading a page on internet - I get kicked out and another window pops up that I had no inkling of wanting to see. It takes too long to move around when I want to move and wants to do its own thing.

I bought this device like last month and I'm already enjoying this experience; Really quick and smooth machine and also suitable for gaming (some games); the only problem I'm having at the moment is the keyboard doesn't respond when I want it to, but overall this is a great laptop for everything.

The features of the laptop are great, however, my machine runs extremely slow and it is brand new, so it hasn't even had a chance to be corrupted yet. It was basically running slow from the setup. I have tried troubleshooting with help from Dell, but it has not helped with the speed of the machine. I'm not sure if it is just a slow machine or if something is actually wrong with it.
