Can't Go Wrong With Stainless Steel

This is a no-nonsense tank that won't leak, cleans up great, and saves you money compared to other tank systems. It is very durable - I don't worry about breaking or cracking it when I tap it down or agitate. Plus it's not complicated because it has only three parts to it: tank, light trap lid and snap cap. Nothing else to assemble in the darkness of the film loading room.

Solid tank

I thought I would try to develop 120 film. I have used the smaller version for 35mm. Now there is a bonus - I can develop 2 rolls of 35mm. Great tanks.

Very tight seals. Solid construction.

This development tank is solid and compact. I'm currently a darkroom student and use a changing bag. I prefer the metal system to the plastic system because of the size differential. When pouring the chemistry in, it flows very quickly without any spillage. Overall this is a quality product. I doubt you can get much better than this.

Nice product

Comment number one must be a joke. The lid doesn't screw off, it pulls off ... quite easily. Nice product. Worth the price.

Questions & Answers Powered by TurnTo®

Questions about this item:

Danielle B  What is the difference between adorama and kalt tanks?
CHRISTOPHER S  There are no differences in the tanks, only in the lids. All of the currently available lids are cheap and will leak. Kindermann lids are the only ones I've found that do not leak but they are no longer made. The tanks are just a stainless steel cup. All the same.
Shopper  How many ml does this tank hold?
WENDY C  about 18 ounces
Shopper  Does this come with the reels or do I have to purchase those separately?
COLLIN M  Per the description: "Requires Stainless Steel Reels - Sold Separately."
