Easy to read and very sturdy

I bought this thermometer because I wanted something with a longer stem that could reach well inside a larger graduate. I can also use it in my trays without worrying about it slipping in, thanks to the large dial. The dial is also really easy to read off of. This is a good thermometer for a good price.

Works perfectly; it's large enough, but not too large; easy to read, half degree increments; responds quickly to temp changes; priced just right.
