Arjun R : I am using Comcast and using ARRIS SURFboard SB6141 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem. Is it compatible with it?RAYMOND H : Yes I have the same modemJOHN D : Yes. You will need to go into your Comcast router and disable the wireless function so it doesn't compete with the D-Link.Alfred H : I am sure it is. I use TimeWarner and an equivalent DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem and have never had a problem. There is nothing unique about Comcast or ARRIS so go for it, it has worked fine.MINH C : Yes, it is. I had used it with SB6141, SB6183 before. My internet provider used to be TWC now is Charter. I am currently using SB6183 with T-MOBILE Cellspot router, ASUS TM-AC1900. I Still have D-LINK N900 for spare. Hope it works for you!ANDREW R : I would recommend contacting your service provider to confirm compatibility.

Did not work when received. (no internet)

When a replacement did not work either I called D-Link tech support. After 30 min on the phone and a new firmware download we got it to work. It is much faster on internet upload speed than my old N150 model.

Pretty easy set up and good signal strength, especially given that it has no external antennae. Can't beat it for the price.
