Wrong mount included...

Mine came with a window suction cup and not the U-bolt mount as the picture shows and product description describes. Adriana did nothing to resolve the issue. Once I called Ram Mounts, they sent me the correct U-bolt mount immediately. It wasn't Adriana's fault that the wrong mount was in the package but did nothing to resolve the issue.
