Can't go wrong with a classic

I have always been a fan of these straps. They are extremely durable, low profile, light weight, and can be detached when using a tripod or super-telephoto on a monopod. However if you are looking for something with a lot of cushion, this strap isn't for you.

Domke Nailed it!

from NYC, Baby!  -  Photo Enthusiast

I throw my big cameras over my shoulder. With this strap I can do that or sling them across my body and not have to worry about them slipping. BUT I can also flip it over and "slide" it without pulling my shirt. It comes with clips and leather clip covers, but I did not use them for the Nikon Split Rings. I don't worry at all about the quick release clips accidentally opening, because they have not. This strap is lightweight, comfortable and I can fold it up nice and small unlike those other bulky straps I own. Yes, I own BlackRapid, SunSniper, etc, They are excellent straps but I have grown weary of the upside down cameras bumping my hip and their screw clips . I will be using this strap for a long time.

Solid Performance

from New Ulm, MN  -  Photo Enthusiast

Domke camera straps are solidly built and durable. The rubberized area on the underside of the strap grips well, and keeps the strap from slipping from your shoulder. I have used Domke straps for years. You cannot go wrong choosing this strap.

Great Strap

from NC  -  Photo Enthusiast

I currently have four cameras (nikon fe to mamiya 645) equipped with this strap. Easy to mount, very comfortable, and gives a secure hold for the camera.

Only strap I use

from Phoenix, AZ  -  Semi-pro Photographer

Probably the best strap out there... period.

Camera Strap

from Minnepolis, Mn.  -  Pro Photographer

No camera ID, name or model number, no ego show, for someone to want it more than you. The Domke gear has served me for years. And a camera strap never breaks over a soft spot.

Fantastic strap

from summit county  -  Photography Student

This strap is great for keeping things low and not bringing attention to yourself or your gear. They're fairly comfortable, and they're constructed to last. I'm glad I bought one--I ended up buying one for my newphew.

love this strap

from cinti oh  -  Semi-pro Photographer

i had neck surgery can not use strap on my neck this strap grips my shoulder and does not slip off. easy to remove for tripod mount.

Best There Is

from Las Vegas, NV  -  Photo Enthusiast

This camera strap is strong and durable. I feel very comfortable having my camera gear hanging off my shoulder while attached to this strap.

Always loved the Domke strap

from Palm Beach Gardens, Fl  -  Semi-pro Photographer

I've retired from Photojournalism and now just shoot part-time and for fun(I really missed that) and have always used the 1" Domke strap for years. I tried the 1 1/2" just to try out and found it just as comfortable and grips my shoulder a little better.

nice alternative to stock strap

from Tucson, AZ  -  Pro Photographer

great alternative to stock feature is that it does not scream CANON or NIKON...adjust-ability is tangle mechanisms work too but the metal clasps are a little concerning as they occasionally smack into the lcd, lens, and lens filter. overall though I like it and use it on my 5d
