About Dolica

The Dolica AX570B001 is an extension of their popular Dolica AX Series tripods. The AX570P600 is tailored to the Mirrorless / Four Thirds/ Interchangeable lens digital cameras available. Made of aluminum alloy, the Dolica AX570P600 is one of their lightest tripods in the market at 2.5 lbs. With a max height of 57", the AX570P600 is a suitable height for most people. This tripod uses a video pan head design with independent knobs for tilt and pan.

The AX570P600 is superior in shooting video because it contains a fluid counterweight spring for both the pan and tilt. The pan head utilizes upgraded plastics so it's much stronger and smoother that most standard pan heads. The AX570P600 can be used in shooting pictures as well since it's capable of vertical shots and smooth fluid controls for movement. Finally included with every AX570P600 is a padded nylon case.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  my camera once mounted on this tripod tilts down how can i keep it from moving ?
MARK HENRY D  Get a much better tripod and head combo. This only has 8lbs of max load capacity. So long lenses or heavy camera bodies are out of the question. Always check the specs regarding max load of entire tripod and head combo. Both legs and head should have good max loads independent from each other.
