Dymo M10 10lb Digital USB Postal Scale

I purchased this scale to save some time shipping orders. The scale is no longer supported by "Endica" the mfg recommended mailing vendor for the scale. Total waste of money why have a USB scale if the USB functionality is no longer supported?

I read the reviews posted by other users of the Dymo Printers. Which by the way are excellent printers. I have used the 450 Twin Turbo at my hom and Ofice for several years. It seems by most of the reviewrs that they are expecting the Dymo Printers to print postage for them. WRONG!!! This lable maker is easy to use and create interesting and/or unusual labels. It works great and yes, I’ve labeled everything!

I bought this scale for one of our shipping stations. The first 2 I had work great. Put the package on the scale, weigh it, then on to the next. This latest one shuts off unexpectedly after a few packages. After it shuts off, we have to restart everything. We ship approximately 800 packages through that station alone. This auto shut down is very time consuming. I don't see anything to change it or shut down that feature. If you ship alot of packages I would not recommend this scale.

As all the other reviews state, there is no template. All of the responses from DYMO state to use a third party. That's great, there is no third party to use. Returning the printer and my labels and advising all of teams to do so as well.

I just took this out of the box tonight to use it and when i turned it on it immediately went to display 00000 this was with nothing on it and will not weigh anything. Total waste..

This is my second Dymo. My other one, which was almost 13 years old, was still operational, but I had computer problems so I purchased the newer model 450. While I haven't had a chance to try all of the features, what I have used has been impressive. This is one of the most reliable products I have ever had experience with. I mean, it never gives out. What a great product! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is in the market for this type of product.

Would like to print 2 labels at a time, it's a great idea but my LabelWriter 450 only prints one at a time. It's a waste when only one prints so instead of 700 labels, I only get half because it will only print the bottom label.

I bought this scale a month ago for a pinewood derby. The rubber foot or base pads are essential to have the scale sit still and balanced. I had it one day out of the box and lost one of the rubber foot pads. I luckily found it and reattached it and kept it in a bin where if they came off I could locate them. My 18 year old son used it at home for a science test and lost another one of the pads and we can't locate it. They also are not available online.

I bought this label, 30383 but the Dymo software does not have it as a template and cannot find anywhere online where I can download the template. I contacted Dymo support but never got a response. Very dissapointed.

I needed accuracy in a scale and tried the M10. I had some items in the 4-5 Lb range that were weighed at my local Post Office on certified scales. Those items on the M10 scale were identical to the tenth of an ounce as the post office measurements. I'm using it as a stand-alone unit.

This is my 2nd label writer....I have one at school & one for school. I make labels so often it was easier to just have a writer both places so I didn’t have to move it back and forth. I really like this product! It has taken me some practice learning how to use the program to create the labels but it was worth it. I love that the labels I have created are saved & I can print again or modify if needed.

The small footprint allows me to keep the printer on my desk, allowing me to have labels at my fingertips. I couldn't imagine handling mail prep without it.

who sells a POSTAL scale that doesn't measure oz but instead 10ths of a lb! Every online service that I ship with and even those I don't ship with want to know weight of item being shipped in pounds and ounces. This scale (my fault for not reading the fine print only indicates weight as such 1.8lb instead of 1lb 12oz. Now I have to spend my $ to ship this item back to the seller and look for something else that displays oz without having to convert manually. Disappointed!

When I purchased the product I was charged the the MSRP not the advertised 25% off. I contacted customer service and was advised they would credit my charge card. It's now been over a month and still no credit.

This scale is marketed as weighuping up to 100 lbs; however, it is incapable of weighing anything up to 1 lb. If you buy this scale, you'll have to buy a second scale to cover all those things weighing less than 1 lb. DYMO is aware of this constant problem, yet still markets this scale us weighing up to 100 lbs, not from 1.1 to 100 lbs.

It is ridiculous that it won't weigh an item under 1 lb. It is also ridiculous that it rounds up to even numbers only. It doesn't give any of these limitations in the description or specs on the page. I'll will be either selling or giving this expensive device away. Dymo should just stick to label makers.
