Element Technica Mini Clutch for Alphatron EVF (15mm Kit with 6" Dovetail)

The Elements Mini Clutch for Alphatron EVF (15mm Kit with 6" Dovetail) is a secure mounting assembly for Alphatron's electronic viewfinder. The viewfinder is adjustable both vertically and horizontally on the assembly.

By way of a tube clamp (at the far end), the assembly attaches to a top cheese plate and accordingly is compatible with almost every camera that can hold a top cheese plate. Sony's FS700 and RED's Epic and Scarlet are among the compatible cameras. Vertically, the assembly adjusts by means of the connection to the cheese plate.

Horizontally, an L-shaped Alphatron bracket is what adjusts. It's at the very front of the assembly and is what the EVF attaches to. The bracket slides along a 6" dovetail and can be released off completely. The adjustment is controlled by a red lever. A rotating wheel and the dovetail, which together function as one mechanism, connect directly behind the bracket. The tube clamp with a 15mm rod running through it connects to the dovetail and completes the assembly.
