Element Technica Female V-Lock

The Elements Female V-Lock can be fixed directly to a top mount, the Elements Cheese Plate, or the Elements Cheese Stick top handle using a 1/4-20 low head socket cap screw. In addition, it also features a tapped center hole for additional mounting options. The EL-VLF is a component of the Elements V Dock system.

You can mount the V Lock assembly onto the shoulder pad mount on the Mantis, thus forming a good mounting point for Red Drive equipped with the Elements Shock Mount, or the Red Battery Plate combined with the Elements Battery Interface Plate with V Lock. By mounting the V Lock to the back of shoulder mount, the gravitational pull is directed towards the camera center and this reduces the load on the camera.
