Not compatible with Polaroid 600 types

Purchased because retailer recommended as substitute for Polaroid 779 and 1 reviewer who also uses for retinal photogtraphy said was good substitute for Polaroid film. They are not compatible. Different size cases, won't fit in Polaroid 600 series camera backs.

This is geeat Instant film

Keep buying it guys it'll stay in production. Don't waste time on that impossible trash this is where it's at. Get an old pack film camera or take a week to build your own these backs are everyherere. It's rich, great at parties and roadtrips. Only downside is sometimes it gets stuck in older polaroid cameras but it's an easy fix if you stress the springs a bit befre loading

Four Color better than Original Polaroid

By

from Naples  -  Pro Photographer

The only game in town since Polaroid stopped making film. A worthy replacement. Just be sure to give the leader a 1/4 inch pull to break the seal. Will make it easier to pull the leader after loading in camera. Remember, this is a 10 sheet pack. Polaroid Cameras using Fuji FP film were designed for 8 sheet Polaroid Film. Those models with a electronic timer in the back may pull hard the first 2 sheets. If you expierence hard pulling with any model, simple unlatch one side of the back and pull the white tab ALL WAY OUT. Now, latch the unlatched side and pull the sheet all way out. You will never loose a shot. Enjoy!

love everything about this film. It has a soft rendering with pleasing colors and nice contrast. dynamic range is on the short side but nonetheless excellent! so sad fuji has decided to stop producing this.

Still in the package

By

from Oregon  -  Photo Enthusiast

I am a new owner of a Mamiya RZ67 and thought I would give this film a try as an exemplar to see if the camera was functioning correctly. I am still miffed by the shipping rate for this film. I will not be ordering any more. The rate plus the cost of the film makes the stated price nearly double. I do not find this amusing.

I shutter as I think of all the pack film in the world disappearing as my old cameras languish from disuse, gathering dust. the b&w pack film is gone, but thankfully you stock the color film. whew! I will buy this product again and again. and hope that I can build a supply. thank you for carrying it and at a reasonable price. it's wonderful film.

Consistent Quality

By

from Gulfport, MS  -  Semi-pro Photographer

I use this film in a custom camera for my work. It comes through with great, realistic color and I have never had a technical problem with the film shots coming smoothing in succession. Very consistent overall. Thanks Fuji!

Francisco C  Can this film be used in a Polaroid back?
DAVE S  Yes! No problems. I use it in my polaroid backs without fail. The only draw back with fuji-roid is that it is perfect color. No funky polaroid shift. Happy shooting.
Francisco C  Thanks, Dave. You cannot imagine how glad I am to hear that I can use this film in the Polaroid 4x5 holder. Now, I take it that the B/W instant film (3000B or something like that) will also fit the very same holder? If it does, then, gosh, that would be exceedingly good news.
