Perfect for what I need it for!
Bought this ring so I could use a 500D closeup filter on a 77mm lens. Works just great for what I need it to do!

Could not be with this
I love this, when I need to use a different lens, the filter may be a different size, so, I just pop this in, and away I go.

A useful product
I bought this product for Canon ring flash MR-14EX and adapter 72C, to fit it onto the 17-40mm lens, which has a 77mm filter thread. It works, but part of the image will be blocked by the ring flash at 17mm, even with a 40D body. 40mm is ok to use, but I think I will not use it much. It's not its own fault, and the over all built quality is fine.
