I bought this camera to monitor my home's snow load, and inside/outside temps while I'm traveling. Initial setup was easy - remote monitoring not so. I'm a MAC user, and I had to contact customer service for assistance on getting the DDNS arranged. I am fairly competent at following directions, and was unable to get a remote link. I will say that although the wait to get on with a technician was lengthy - nearly an hour - once I got through, the service was great!! My MAC had some internal settings that had to be reset. The camera is up and remote access is working flawlessly now, on both my iPad, and iPhone. Camera quality seems great, and IR function works well also.

I've had couple of them before so I knew what I was getting which is a great PTZ camera that works reliably with decent picture quality both during day and night. I was a bit disappointed that this one kept crashing during panning. I did the firmware update (make sure to use IE browswer) and things are working great now. Despite the initial problems, it's still a great camera!
