Great Matte Box for the money

The only trouble I have had with this box is the plastic french flag locking system Formatt have incorporated. It doesn't lock down tight enough for my taste and sometimes slips into your shot if your not careful and mindful of wind gusts when using outdoors. Other than that it has 2 4x4 filter holders which hold them nicely and one holder rotates for using polarizers. There is no case provided, (I still haven't found a suitable one yet) and sometimes this product is pictured featuring the sides looking carbon fiber, they are not. Its all metal construction with the only plastic used is the french flag locking mechanism. Go figure. I did scrub the internet looking for the best priced box for my camera (Sony HDR-FX1) and this one fits great with the 72mm adapter ring. Screws on and is very secure and tight. Overall a great product for the money.
