The P5ARH from 3POD may be the sharpest tripod system we've created yet. Tough, yet lightweight aluminum construction and anodized blue accents contribute to both a stunning appearance and a superior wear-resistant finish.

The legs feature 180° of motion, folding up around the center column for an amazingly compact traveling height of 12", and with the entire unit weighing in at a svelte 3lbs, there's nothing to stop you from carrying it with you anywhere you go.

The center column can be expanded to give the system a full height of 56.3".A convenient retractable weight hook provides additional stability as well as a place to hang accessories.

Each 4-sectioned telescoping leg features three position settings, and can locked in place individually for perfect stability on uneven terrain. The double-jacketed twist-locks are fortified with a cutting-edge, wear-resistant internal structure making them immune to dust, moisture, and changes in temperature, as well as the gradual loosening over time that can occur in inferior locking mechanisms.

K3 Hydraulic Professional Ballhead:
The included K3 professional ballhead is elegantly designed for optimal weight distribution. The scratch-resistant carbon body employs advanced CNC forging technology and a hard protective finish for a wear-free appearance.

The K3 features enhanced hydraulic damping and 360° of smooth, jitter-free rotation. Two bubble levels are built directly into the ballhead for easy calibration. A sliding quick-release plate with a universal 1/4" mounting screw is also included with the ballhead, and attaches to the head via a flip lock clamp mechanism.
