Flashpoint Cage with Top Handle for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema

Our unique and precisely built form-fitting aluminum Flashpoint Blackmagic Pocket Cage turns the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera into a production-ready tool. The Blackmagic camera's unusual shape, weight and overalldesign creates some challenges mounting accessories for practical video production.

The precision fashioned cage semi-surrounds the camera and provides a combination of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounting points on the three cage sides. It attaches by two screws, one on the top with two anti twist pins and one on the bottom with an additional two anti twist pins making it extremely secure. There are multiple mounting points on all sides allowing easy attachmentof a tripod plate, accessories, or other production rigging. The open cage design allows for easy access to the battery door, SD card, camera controls and I/O ports without removing the cage... while the LCD screen remains unobstructed.

Even though the Blackmagic Pocket Camera is small, it requires expansion capabilities for articulated arms, ball heads, and adapters to hold all sorts ofadd-ons, like mic shock mounts, on-camera lights, audio recorders, electronic viewfinders, monitors, and more.
