Flashpoint Soft Box 32"

Great unit for the price. Some assembly instructions would have been nice.

Flashpoint needs quality control

Assembly requires running rods up the corners of the box. There is a little pocket covered in velcro at each outside corner (large end) of the box to accept the end of the rod. Since it came with no instructions at all, I wrestled with it for 1/2 hr before I realized the pockets were even there and sewn on incorrectly. The softbox material appears to be reasonably rugged given the price and well made. Construction design is a bit clunky but I suspect it would perform well once assembled. The bracket itself is very nice, so keeping the item anyway and will just use umbrellas with the bracket.

For the price, well built and easily breaks down to a very compact size in the included case for location shooting. Easy front access to speedlight/s.

Questions about this item:

Glenn J  HOW DOES THE POCKET WIZARD ATTACH?
JAMES W  You would have to attach the Pocket Wizard (I am assuming you mean the Plus II or Plus III or Plus X) to the light stand and run a cord to the flashes. Or, you could put velcro on the back of the Pocket Wizard and velcro to the inside of the softbox, and attach it inside the box.
Glenn J  thank you very much. you confirmed what I suspected Glenn
