Good for the Money
Purchased flashpoint carbon fiber tripod and ball head several years ago. Very pleased with the equipment overall. Purchased this plate as a spare. Plate quite often loosens on camera, especially when shooting in vertical position. Solved this problem by purchasing an "L" bracket.

great quick release plate
This plate is better than others i have used since it has the rubberized portions on the top, which means it will not spin freely when it comes a little loose.

I have purchased several already
If you have several cameras, then you need quick release plates for each. I am very satisfied.

Works fine
Two came with my head. The rubber pads fell off quick-release plates within the first few uses; one at a time, so I had to compensate to keep it level. Now that there are no pads on either plate - it works great!
