Bought this model as it was supposed to be stronger than others, used very little then stopped due to a broken PLASTIC cog, which is not supplied as a spare part, told by the company to buy another, great help, NOT....total rubbish product/support

This shredder is a sound purchase for any home. It does shred 6 pages of paper with no difficulty. The container holds an amazing amount of shredded material. I would recommend this shredder over any I have owned previously.

Works well, nice looking, does not jam, quiet, shreds almost anything.

Worked great when we first got this. For the last year, though, I noticed that paper seemed to get balled up in the cutter and it would require unplugging the machine and trying to 'rip' the ball that would eventually wind around the cutter. Finally in frustration, I took apart the cutter and realized that two of the plastic dividers between the cutters were broken which allowed the paper to wind up and eventually jam the cutter. Now it needs to be cleared almost every other day. So we just purchased a new shredder.

Got this from Costco a year ago it used to work great until it just stays on unless I shut the switch to off position. Or I can hit the top of the unit and it'll stop briefly but continue to run automatically. Tried cleaning sensor still no luck. So after each use I just turn it off. I've tried to contact support a couple times getting no response. Probably wouldn't get this brand again although it gets good rating. Poor construction and poor support equals bad products.

This is very poorly made product. This unit sits inside a plastic bin and the bin is so poorly made that the safety switch only engages if you hold it down manually. Do not buy!!

Used it a few times so far. Pretty good speed as long as you don't overload it with paper. Bin is pretty good size and easy to get the shredder off.

We had the machine not too long and we don't use very often. I would say occasional user. However, the machine is already jam. The papers are stuck so tight on the blades I can't even remove it. I am not sure what to do. Maybe I'll call the 800 number it comes with it. How annoying. I would hate to get this to a repair place or having to remove and disassemble all the parts myself. You would think if one pays for an expensive item like this, it should work well.
