This is my second bag, best there is!

I use the bag for camera, binoculars, and sometimes extra cash and ID to avoid too many bags, especially when on long trips.

Good space

I did return bag, although liked it. Only concern for return was once camera and accessaries in it- it wouldn't stay flat on back-- gap.

Big Bag - Small Price

Nice overall bag. Just lacking in adjustments of interior. Great starter bag or for day trips. A little lacking in protection for extended travel and in total capacity.

Just About Right.

It is what it is. You can put camera equipment that you are supposed to carry-on when you travel. I was able to put my two DSLR on it, one with a lens attached (Canon 28-300mm)with a grip on. The other DSLR camera put on the front pocket. I was still able to put my Canon 85mm and a flash with still a room for any accessories on the main compartment. There's room for more accessories like remote control, batteries, cleaning things, and CF cards. I could have have put a thing or two more but it would be too bulky. Overall, its just about right on things you need to travel with.

bigger than it looks

This bag will easily carry an SLR with two lenses and a flash in the main compartment with plenty of room in the pockets for accessories. The only thing I don't like about the bag is the fact that it's made to be slung across the chest and is not really comfortable hung over one shoulder.

A really cool bag

As a photojournalist I need a bag with easy access to the contents. So far, this bag has met my needs. I purchased two bags - one as a gift. User is not a professional, but liked the bag - but the navy color not so much. The gift recipient pointed out not only is there room for his camera and a lens or two, but he can also pack a sandwich or two in the bottom for day long excursions. Overall, this seems to be a nice, serviceable bag, and the price was great.

too big and bulky

Great bag for the money

This is a great bag for the money. It will hold my DSLR, two lenses and accessories, as well as my little point and shoot. My only complaint is that it's not easy to reconfigure the inside of the bag to get everything "just right". Aside from that, I really do like the bag and have recommended it to several friends.

Maybe not the best choice for me

It's kind of cumbersome and uncomfortable to carry. I bought it in the camera kit and didn't pay too much attention on it since I was excited about the camera. If I was buying only the bag would probably go for another choice, but this was my mistake. I would like better if it was a backpack style, which I have only notice after I unpacked it on the hotel room. It was uncomfortable to carry it on the street of New York, could not find the best position. Maybe can be the best choice for another type of use rather than walking around.

For an Antarctic Trip

I needed a small bag to carry select gear to shore on an Antarctic trip. The bag needed to be at least water resistant and padded enough to provide protection during the trips in Zodiacs. By using padding provided to separate, I could fit in two Nikon D300 bodies with attached 18-200 and 80-400 lenses. The compartment was used for spare cards and batteries. The bag provided what I needed but I found the strap very clumsy.

Great Product- wish I'd bought it befor

Room for my digitalSLR with battery pack and either large hot shoe flash, extra lens or compact pocket camera. Good pockets in front for card, readers, batteries, off camera flash cords etc. Quick access- really works! Wish I'd bought it long ago

Adorame Slinger Back, Single Strap Backp

Wanted a bag that would carry my digital with the 28-300 lense attached for quick/easy access. The bag holds everything I need yet remains light weight. I needed something with backpack capabilities while my husband likes carrying sling-strap style. Fred came through again in helping me pick the right product.

Works as if it is custom made

It's as if this bag was custom made for my gear. I normally carry a Sony DSLR body, three lenses with hoods, and an external flash in addition to filters, etc. It all fits very well; compact, yet roomy bag. The only downside is that (at least the way I pack it) it does not always stand up vertical if placed on a flat surface. It seems to be "front" heavy the way I use it. My son is going to order one based on my reccomendation.

Great for what it is good for.

This bag will be great for day trips and it's normal storage spot. I take a lot of pictures and everything I need fits into the case. For a week long vacation, I will probably use a larger bag, so I can fit in my bird books, binoculars, etc. This bag is too small to be considered a carry-on.

Not so Great Bag

The inside of the bag needs to be overhauled. You have to arrange all the velcro peices to make it fit to your camera and accessories. However, after you adjust all the peices, you are left with wasted space inside the bag and a bunch of useless velcro peices.

Not the best...

I would have liked more versatility in the inner portion...you can remove the velcro dividers, but there are really few ways to reconfigure them to be more useful. It is comfortable to wear, though and if you don't have much gear to carry, it works well enough. I'm letting my son use it to carry the camera he is using.

Not a bad case

It's not a bad bag. The camera and lens are well protected. Several pockets helps carry additional items. Since I'm purchasing additional equipment, I should have selected a larger bag. Other than that the bag was a good purchase.

Good Basic Bag,,Good Value

I've had this bag for a couple of years and it's proven extremely durable. It seems at least as well-made as products costing much more. It will hold a good basic camera setup despite its fairly compact size. Mine carries a Nikon D70 (w/18-200mm lens attached), extra lens, SB600 Speedlight, various filters and adapter rings (in a padded filter wallet), spare batteries and memory cards, and assorted whatnot, with room left over for a couple of snacks and two small (16-ounce) water bottles in the mesh side pockets. There are lots of D-rings on the outside that are meant for dedicated accessories, but are also handy for other things. I clip on a small carabiner LED flashlight and a GPS unit, for example. The cross-shoulder strap makes the bag easy to shift out of the way when needed. Usually the bag is at my side, ready to go, but it's simple to rotate it to my back so I'm not bumping into it during use. That said, my only suggestion for improvement lies with the strap. It's adequately comfortable for short-term wearing, but cuts into my shoulder over prolonged periods when the bag is fully loaded. Some sort of basic suspension system would really help--even just some thicker neoprene at the top of the strap would be nice. Otherwise, though, it's a great product and an excellent value for the money.

Compact

Needed a small bag to take only one body and a couple lenses and flash. Lots of pockets and even mesh outside for a bottle of water. Got tired of missing shots on a daily basis because I was not lugging around my gear, now I can carry this small bag and get a shot.

Goes everywhere

I had been looking for a bag to carry everything and have a secure place for money and ID also. It can be carried anyway that is comfortable and the strap around the waist is great on long walking tours. [...]

Great Value

These are tough, roomy, and very economical. I have three of them and use them daily. Very nice straps that allow them to hang securely over one shoulder. My only complaint is that they are not quite big enough for my digital SLR's. Other than that, they are a lot of bag for the buck.

Great Value!

I've been looking at the Slinger for over a year and finally went ahead and ordered one. No regrets. Its a great bag with plenty of room for my modest equipment.

A good choice on my part.

I like using this bag when I travel or I'm just driving around taking picutres. I like the way the strap is designed. It's a lot more comfortable to have it draped diagonal across my chest when the strap isn't twisting and turning. There is a second strap to hook it around my waste, but I haven't needed to use it as of yet. I was impressed by the construction and stitching. I haven't had any problems with seams coming apart. It was nice having a color choice when selecting the bag. I went with Navy simply because blue is my favorite color. I noticed when I have my camera/lens combo and two additional lenses in the bag, I have a hard time getting anything into the side mesh pockets, but I only really use them if I happen to have my film camera in the bag and need to put my film somewhere. I use the front pocket for all my filters/camera owner's manual. It's not an issue when I put my DSLR in it.
