I love the saw. I have 2 of them. My only complaint is that I have lost the screw knob on both of them. Is there any way of getting replacements?

My father bought me my bone saw my first year big game hunting and is still going strong through 16 years if cutting through a critter or two a year. But I need a replacement fine tooth bonesaw blade. Where can I exchange them? Cabelas says they only exchange the coarse blades. Thanks- Trav
