This tripod, with the case included, is a great value. It is perfect for small cameras like my Canon SD880. I can put this tripod in my jeans pocket and I don't even know it's there. The construction and usability are way beyond what I would have expected, especially considering the price. This tripod collaples into a very small package, yet stays rock steady with the legs fully extended and the camera attached. I can even vary the length of each leg individually, and they stay securely in place , which allows me to position the camera exactly as I want on odd-shaped surfaces. Honestly, I don't see a way to improve on it, that's how well it is engineered and built.

This tripod is smaller than what you typically see [...], so make sure you look at the dimensions. It can definitely fit in your shirt pocket. Will easily hold the Canon Powershot series. Great for macro.
