I have several ball heads that accept this plate and all lock-up well. Hope this might help.

Yes-it fits the 750QR....I have two of that unit and several plates...works just fine-I keep one plate continuously on my Canon and Olympus camera bodies plus some lenses...they attach nicely and stay in place-but do need checking for tightness (screw with "grip" to turn/underneath plate) occasionally. I like them better than my Arca Swiss plates and ball heads.

ThanksDARRON S : The 1/4" or 3/8" inch refers to the screw size, so you'll need one to fit your camera's tripod receptor. The 1377m is a vertical ball head. You'll need the G2285MB for that head.DON B : Can't answer this question, sorry.ARON C : the 1/4" and 3/8" dimensions are not related to the size of the attachment plate but those measurements are the screw size in the attachment plate.
You'll need 1/4" or 3/8" based on the thread size opening on the bottom of your camera.

Sweet Gitzo Quick Release Plate
Hey, I really love this quick release plate! Just fit the plate into the slot , and it attaches automatically. Also, it cannot be released inadvertently; the trigger must be activated first. This assures your expensive camera will not accidentally fall off the tripod. The slotted attachment screw also has a handy finger grip that recesses under the plate so you can attach even if you have no change to screw it on with. Highly recommended!

Bad Grip on Bottom of Camera
QR Plate has poor grip on Camera base when positioned sideways on tripod. Gitzo could have built the plate with a lip to 'grab' the camera base to prevent it from tilting forward with a heavy lens.
