STUDEX MONOPOD ... A five-section monopod that weighs only 1.6 lbs, yet will accept a maximum load of 17.6 lbs. Mountaineer carbon fiber tubes use an exclusive process based on pull winding of long carbon fibre to a 1.5mm wall thickness.

This manufacturing process ensures stiff, light tubes resistant to bending, absorbs vibration, and withstands fatigue better than other carbon fiber tube processes. A cushioned handgrip, 1/4-20" or 3/8" mounting screw and twist lock grips prevent any slippage.
