This clever carrying device has become very useful hiking into the back country where I "hunt" with my camera.It keeps the hands free,which is absolutely necessary in hog country.I do recommend this product.Eddie

Finally found the bag I have been looking a long time to find!!! It is large enough to carry more than just my tripod (I have a bag for that) and can carry more than just my camera body (I have lots of bags for that!). I finally have something I can protect my tripod, ball head, DSLR body and lens ALL ATTACHED without having to break down my gear just to carry and/or protect it.! So great to just grab and go and know that my gear is not getting banged around in the back of my rig and quick set up ready to go. I have two of these each with identical Gitzo tripod, Really Right Stuff ball head, Canon 5DMkII with lens and Flashpoint R2 trigger...all attached. Fits perfectly with room to spare. Can easily fit additional accessories in the zippered pocket on the interior. Bag is very good quality and durable nylon. I really like the manner in which Gitzo does their nylon carry straps and handles... in this case wrapping them all the way around the body of the bag where the bulk of the weight of the gear inside sits. Makes for excellent balance and stability. Also adds to strengthen the bag. The bag is nylon lined and has a fairly firm foam padding between inner and outer layer. Works to protect the contents as well as assure good retention of overall shape that does not deform easily. Great product. Well worth the price if you need a large bag to protect it all without break down of your gear. Would work very well for larger video gear and video head on tripod. Thanks Gitzo!
