About Gitzo GT3532LS

The Gitzo GT3532LSV Series 3 6X Systematic Video Tripod provides excellent overall performance with great torsion rigidity, in a size that makes it particularly flexible and adaptable. Series 3 tripod is ideal for use with lenses up to 400mm and is capable of holding a maximum load of 25kg. This 3-section tripod is able to crouch down to a minimum height of 10.3 cm, extend to a height of 149.5 cm and close down to a portable length of just 68.3 cm.

Gitzo GT3532LS Features

  • G-Lock is the new Gitzo leg locking system. The locking mechanism has been completely redesigned in order to achieve a 20% increase in rigidity, faster operation and stronger, safer locking. The higher the load applied vertically to the leg, the stronger the lock
  • Hook: This built-in accessory allows you to hang a stabilizing weight (e.g. a full camera bag or a sand/water bag) from the bottom of the tripod center column. Useful with long, heavy lenses, on uneven ground or in windy conditions
  • Anti Leg Rotation: Anti Leg Rotation (ALR) system, which means the tripod can be opened in less than 15 seconds. Simply loosen all the twist locks on each leg at the same time, then pull the leg down and tighten the locks individually
  • Leg ends: This tripod is provided with removable rubber feet. This feature allows you to easily change worn out rubber feet or to fit other accessories, such as spiked feet or snow/sand shoes

Questions about this item:

Barry C  Does GT3532LSV comes with both the bowl head and the flat head?
ZANE C  Adorama sent me this question, but unfortunately I'm in serving in Afghanistan and though I purchased this tripod, I have not yet laid eyes on it. Here's the description though if that answers your question: "Not only are Systematic Gitzo's strongest and most stable tripods, they're also modular, with a top casting element that opens and closes to allow each tripod to be configured with a flat disk, geared or sliding center column, video half-ball adapter, leveling unit or other specialized center component."
