Gary R : does this tripod come with a carry case?CRAIG M : It comes with a thin lightweight bag. It is not a cushioned 'case'. The bag does not seem weather proof or all that useful (it might protect against some scratches if bumped).ANDREW R : Unfortunately no, a carrying case is not inlcuded.

Great travel tripod

Very solid tripod that folds down to a small size. It is not as light as other travel tripods, but I am mostly concerned about size fitting into carry-on bags (and stability). The number of legs make it a little bit more difficult to open to full length (more to untwists and tighten). I looked at this model and a Really Right Stuff tripod. This one won out because of its size while being as stable.

Great travel tripod

Very solid tripod that folds down to a small size. It is not as light as other travel tripods, but I am mostly concerned about size fitting into carry-on bags (and stability).
