Great storage. Definitely recommend.

I bought this to take with me to Hawaii for vacation. When it arrived I was pleased by the sturdy construction, convenient size (slightly larger than deck of cards, and a little thinner), and pleasing color. Overall a great buy for the price.

Doesn't hold cards securely

Seems to be very sturdy. However, the tolerances on the die used to cut the holes to hold the SD cards isn't uniform so some slots hold well and others do not. I need to be careful when opening it so that the cards don't drop out to the floor. Useful - but just.

Cheap product. Too easily drop the cards when you just open it. Good material for protection the memory cards.

Excellent protection

Lightweight compact protection for sd cards. This keeps your cards safe and in one place in a camera bag. Would recommend to anyone to purchase this item.

Second Time is a Charm

By

from Pasadena,TX  -  Hobbyist/Enthusiast

This is the best way to make sure that your S.D.cards are safe and not damaged. I'm not real sure that the case is completely waterproof but for your SD cards and holder would have to be under water for a while to get damaged.

Great brand, great case

By

from El Rey, CA  -  Semi-Professional

I've owned two of the CompactFlash version prior and have been completely satisfied. It holds up really well and takes a good amount of professional environment abuse such as getting dropped multiple times, crushed by other equipment including having Pelican cases on top of it. And still works great. The SDHC version does exhibit one problem, sometimes the cards doesn't sit snug so when it opens, it may come off. I've read the same for the Pelican version so I assume it's because the cards are fragile already. Just be aware and open it leveled at all times.

Sturdy

By

from San Francisco Bay Area  -  Hobbyist/Enthusiast

This is a well-built case. It's sturdy and therefore bulky. I knock off one star because I was expecting something lighter. But I'm keeping it. I use it for my SDHC cards and the case comes with an adapter for non-SDHC - don't know exactly what those would be but certainly bigger than SDHC.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
BRUCE S  My wife and I do a lot of cruises and this will keep things safe and dry.
Shopper  Can you store the cards in their original cases?
MIKE N  No, you cannot store cards in their original cases as they will not fit. I own two of these cases (I liked the 1st one so much that I ordered a 2nd one) and I can assure you that you do not need the original card case. The Kakuba case holds the cards very securely and the rubber padding will protect the card much better than the original case will. I have been using mine now and I like them. It keeps my cards safe, secure, and all in one location.
