great value

great value tripod for non-moving objects. one of the adjustment arms has to be completely unscrewed for the tripod to fit into the bag it comes with. while the pan&tilt head is sturdy and easy to operate, it takes certainly more time to be adjusted. recommend ballhead if that bothers you. tripod is pretty sturdy for both the price and the weight. I am very happy with it.

Pros small size when closed, light weight, the only con panhead could be smoother.

Excellent tripod-plan on buying new head

This tripod compares well with Gitzo but for a lot less money. But you will probably what to replace the included head with a nice ball head (I am REALLY liking my Markins M20).

Quality tripod - excellent value

I particularly like the fact it fits inside 20" - 22" carryon luggage and by changing to a simple ball head I can lower the weight considerably when backpacking. Very stable. Oustanding quality/price ratio.
