sstrap is very short found it difficult to get it comfortable but when i changed the strap for a larger one it fits great other than that it is a good product. Made well.

I've been using this grip for almost 2 years now, yes it's an excellent product, i've been using it with my 450D, i upgraded it to 50D and i was still using it and now I'm using it with my new 5D Mark II and still feels new. Overall the quality of the product is great, it has a padded hand strap and wrest strap for extra security. The only reason why i gave it 4 starts is the length of the inner strap itself. After my own experience and reading so many comments about this product i highly recommend buying an extra strap to exchange it with the original one, the it's just a standard cheap one which could be easily found anyway, and changing it can't be any easier, but I'm really not sure why would Hakuba sell this great product with such a short strap that won't secure the camera on any size of hands. Personally i had an old handgrip that wasn't usable anymore, so i just removed it's strap and exchanged it with this grip and now i can't shoot without it.

I bought this to take pressure off of my fingers while holding the camera (Nikon D700). It works well and I am able to dangle the camera from the grip without fear of it falling off! The downsides are that it is not well padded, so a bit uncomfortable, and the camera attachment strap isn't long enough to be looped securely, thus allowing it to actually slip off! I had to extend the strap mount on my camera using a metal ring so I could loop it back on itself and now am comfortable that it will stay in place.
