Perfect. Just what I needed.

Does the job but could be better
I film the practice routines of a formation aerobatic flying team. The hood made it possible to use a camcorder without an eye piece oitdoors to do this work. Dimensionally the hood fits the screen well. However the elastic straps with Velco tabs that hold the hood on are much too short. They barely have enough holding power to over come the tension required to just pull them around the screen and touch the loop strips on the hood. One of the 2 strips no longer stays attached after only one use. I will have to modify it myself to add length so it will stay connected. Also the credit card processing on the site would not let me use our corporate card. I had to use my personal card to make the purchase.

GREAT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE. NOT PERFECT BUT THE NEXT BEST THING. GREAT FOR VIEWING VIEWFINDER IN THE BRIGHT SUN IN LAS VEGAS

This is a Must Have Product
This is a Must Have Product for any one with a LCD screen . . . Stills or Video their is no other workable solution for outdoor shooting with LCD screens period . . . and it folds flat in your camera bag and It's easy and fast to put on and put away. I recently bought the Panasonic GH1 that has a tilt out LCD and the first thing you see when you go outdoors is . . . . you can't see anything on the screen! I've used Hoodman products for laptops and stills in the past and now todays still cameras shoot high end FHD video. Not only do I recommend this product but I think it is a Must Have tool to use and you will use it often.
