The Canon A1000 Powershot is the perfect small camera to go along with bigger SLR cameras that take all sorts of lenses and equipment. The camera can hold its own in bright and cloudy light conditions, great mode and scene choices, monitor is clear, and best of all it has a view finder. For making cards of flowers and gardens , it is a gem , the resolution of large size shots works well with any editing software. The camera is one of my Best Pals.
