It is original equipment from Canon.
It is perfect. It is the original Canon charger from Canon. It is not a counterfeit, or knockoff. Also purchased an extra battery, and again it is an original battery from Canon. It is a joy to deal with a reputable company as opposed to an unmentioned giant on-line retailer.

Canon Rebel battery charger
Charger for the original Canon Rebel, limited item ... a lot more expensive than I thought it would be but when your granddaughter needs it ....

GOOD, GOOD, GOOD. .
Originally had the Canon battery charger (my Canon Rebel is nearly 10 years old), but then got a cheaper one about 2 years ago when my original failed (after much use). The cheap one was poorly made and just plain fell apart recently. I take a lot of pictures and always have an extra battery charged and ready to go.

A definite need when using your camera
Pretty easy to use... just put the battery into the charger then plug it into the outlet and wait for the light to change... voila battery charged.

Recommended - fast, easy to carry
Now I have two...found my "lost" one right after I received this one in the mail. Oh, well...can't have too many back-ups.

Too much $ for how long product lasted
Failed After Only 6 Months and a Dozen Uses
Seemed to be very handy be able to charge one battery and shoot video with the other on the camera. I only used this a dozen times before it failed. Sent to Canon but is listed as unrepairable. Difficult to spend this amount on a charger only to have to replace it in six months.
