The Canon 2 Years CarePak Warranty for iPF5100 Printer provides added protection and other benefits. For the duration of the warranty extension for an individual product, you will receive toll-free technical support through Canon's help desk. When the help desk is unable to resolve a problem over the phone, the product will be exchanged for a new or remanufactured product through the InstantExchange advanced exchange program. This warranty is not applicable for the state of Oregon.
