Use the case on a Canon G10 and am very happy with it. Belt loop on back has come in very handy as G10 is not pocket-able. Easy access to camera.

The case is simple and does its job well. The leather is stiff enough and has enough extra material at the corners to do a proper job of protecting the camera. It does this as well as a compact form-fitting case could. There is a 2" leather loop with a snap on one side that I assume is there to capture a coiled up neck strap. I removed that because I only use a wrist strap which I lay across or around the top of the camera before closing the case. The case could be used on the camera while the camera is hanging from a neck strap, but I find it most useful on my belt.

I bought the case when I got the Canon G11. As this case is made for the camera it fits it perfectly. I don't have to worry that my camera will get scratched or damaged.

Is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want a gear bag, as I already have those. I wanted a slender a case as possible for those nights out on the town when I wanted to bring my camera and only wanted something to protect it...nothing more. Any additional pockets to store anything else would only add to bulk that I did not want.

I keep my g10 in my enormous (and over loaded) handbag all the time. The case protects the camera from everything else rattling in my bag.
